I made this
punch for my sister’s birthday, and it has changed slightly from the original
recipe. I had to do it right and use Wray and Nephew.
This is a rough
guide recipe. I make my punch based off of taste. So just pour until your
spirit guides tell you to stop. Add as much of any ingredient that you like until it tickles your taste buds.
This makes a very generous amount of punch.

I used my nan's punch bowl, which is older than me. I think she's had this since the 60s/70s.
Ingredients:
1 litre Pineapple Juice
1 litre Orange Juice
250ml White Rum (preferably Wray & Nephew)
125ml Dark Rum (preferably Captain Morgan)
125ml Coconut-flavoured Rum (preferably Malibu)
Fresh lime juice (5 small limes)
Fresh lemon Juice (1 lemon)
6 tablespoons fruit syrup (tropical, strawberry or cherry are good options)
1 orange, cut into slices
Method:
Juice the limes and lemon and leave to the side.
Add in the rum and mix. Now taste and see if you need to add more.
Pour in the juice and then the syrup and stir again.
Add in the orange slices and leave to steep in the punch.
Serve in chilled glasses or over ice.
Enjoy!
As I said before, feel free to add or take away from the recipe as you deem fit. The great thing about this drink is that it is very easy to adapt.
