I love cookie bars. These delicious white chocolate ones come from Jane's Patisserie.
I may have pressed on one of the chocolate buttons when moving these around, can you guess which one? Lol.
Ingredients:
115g Unsalted Butter
135g Light Brown Sugar
55g Granulated Sugar
1 Medium Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
275g Plain Flour
1 teaspoon Bicarbonate of Soda
1 tablespoon Cornflour
200g Milkybar Chocolate, finely chopped
Method:
Preheat your oven to 170 degrees C.
Line a 9x9" baking tray with baking paper.
Beat the butter ad sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add in the egg and vanilla and mix.
Add in the flour, bicarb cornflour and beat.
Fold in the chocolate.
Bake the cookie bars for 20 minutes. Leave to cool completely.
Cut up and enjoy.
