Fajita Seasoning

This fajita mix is perfect for seasoning your meats or adding to dishes for that extra little kick of flavour. I used this mix the last time I made fajita pasta and it was so much better than the packet stuff from the store. You can see that pasta recipe here.

Ingredients: 

1 tablespoon Ground Cumin

1 tablespoon Dried Oregano

2 tablespoons Smoked Paprika

½ tablespoon Hot Chilli Powder

½ tablespoon Ground Coriander

1 tablespoon Garlic Powder

Method:

In a bowl add all the spices. Thoroughly mix them together and transfer to jar or airtight container. Once I transfer the mix to a jar (with the lid closed), I give it a really good shake for good measure. 

Store this with the rest of your herbs and spices.

This should last for up to 6 months.
